STEP#1

Brief Executives on the assessment requirements

Executives shall be briefed on assessment criteria

STEP#2

Conduct the assessment by all management levels

Conduct assessment independently Each assessment can be qualified as high/ medium/ low end of the scale.

STEP#3

Agree on a consensus status and level

The final result is reached through discussions and consensus

STEP#4

Conclude on the organization’s current status

This is reflected on the ‘Health Check profile of the company

STEP#5

Discussion with Management Term on improvement areas

Highlight areas where improvements are a must and prioritise.

STEP#6

Generate Health Check Report

Discuss with consultant, how to start improvements , tools to be used and measurement system required to be in place.
