Lean Manufacturing Training

Reduce Your Lead Time by 80% to 90% Cut Your Reject Rate in HalfIncrease Productivity by 50%

¡¸The Challenges to China Manufacturers More and more, you are challenged by your large customers to provide quick turnaround on orders, perfect quality and ever lower prices. Lean manufacturing is the way to achieve these objectives.¡¹

What is Lean Manufacturing?

Lean Manufacturing is the most productive, most flexible, and highest quality approach to manufacturing in the world today, proven by bottom-line results from 40 years of experience, first in Japanese factories, and now in advanced factories in the US and in Europe. Though many engineers know the concepts, most shop floors still look and perform as they did 15 years ago. Making the transition from concept to reality is difficult both because of the integrated nature of the process and the lack of available information focused on the nuts and bolts of implementation.

New Concepts from Lean Manufacturing

Cells and One-Piece Flow: a new and powerful approach for linking operations.
SMED: a systematic approach for achieving quick changeovers between products.
Operator Teams: a new approach for basic shop floor organization
Leveled Scheduling: running mixed-flow assembly lines that smoothes upstream in the supply chain
Mistake-proofing: an approach to achieve low ppm reject rates
5S and TPM: an approach to enhancing equipment effectiveness
