Tisco obtained the title of the 6 sigma advanced organization of PRC in 2005
太钢6 sigma管理一期的项目与2004年6月启动，一共树立了15个BB项目，科理公司参与了GB/BB培训、BB项目辅导、太钢6 sigma5年规划、项目管理机制等。在双方的共同努力下，培训认证了14名BB，建立了基本的6 sigma制度和财务核算体系，初步达到了6 sigma导入初期的目的：“火种人力的培养、试点项目的推进、基础制度的建立。” 4个BB项目获得2005年全国6 sigma优秀项目奖，因此太钢也获得了2005年全国6 sigma推广先进组织。同样基于对科理公司的信任，太刚也委托科理公司与其合作全面设计和企划《太钢6 sigma管理5年规划》。《5年规划》已经成为太钢实施6 sigma的纲领性文件。
