Midea, founded in 1968, priority on home appliance, and also sets foot in house property and transportation, etc. Midea is the large-scale integrated modern cooperation. The staff has surpassed 70,000. Midea own over 10 brands, including Midea and Witol. The products have fan, rice cooker, refrigerator, oven, drinking machine, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, water heater, kitchen range, antisepsis tank, electric boiler, electric oven, cleaner,--the small sized home appliance etc. and big and small home appliance, and compressor, electric machine, magnetism controlled tube, transformer, wire wrapped with lacquer etc., the pair products of home appliance. From May, 2005, Midea retained Qalisys Consultancy Service (Shenzhen) Company to totally introduce 6 Sigma for it. The project is divided into 3 period, and would be conducted for 3 years. 2004 is the 1st stage. Under the leading of QualiSys, 6Sigma management methodology is deployed in 4 stages.

Laying-out Stage:

·	Deployed Project implementation Plan
·	Defined the relative Human Resource policy and Finance Rules
·	Held 2-day’s 6 sigma System Establishment Workshop

Carrying out Stage:
·	Analysed and perfected the present KPI decomposition system
·	Accomplished the choice of Black Belt and Green Belt Students and project defined

Implementation Stage:
·	Accomplished 50 mandays BB Coaching
·	Accomplished 60 mandays GB Coaching
·	Accomplished 80mandays’ tutorship
·	Accomplished 20mandays’ assessment

Perfection Stage:
·	Implemented project’s assessment end
·	Implementation Stage summarization
·	BB&. GB certificate authentication
