The 3rd Session of National 6 Sigma Convention hled by CAQ was convened From Nov. 2nd to Nov. 4th 2005. The topic of it is Management Innovation and Challenge Facing". More than 400 representatives from Singapore, the United States, Korea, Japan, Homeland China, Taiwan and Hongkong attend this meeting. The purpose of it is to set up a platform of communication for the domestic companies with implementing 6 Sigma, the expert who research 6 Sigma management, and the special institute of providing 6 Sigma consultant service, Through communicating and discussion among overseas and domestic senior leaders who successfully implement 6 Sigma companies, senior 6 Sigma Management Specialists and 6 Sigma Project Team, to share the successful experience of deploying 6 Sigma, understand the up-to-date application and research result of 6 Sigma, discuss the common issues existing in the process of deploying 6 Sigma, and create conditions for vast of companies to deeply understand and successfully implement 6 Sigma.

As the associator of CAQ---one of the most active 6 Sigma Consultancy Institute of China, QualiSys held a Experience Sharing Meeting with the topic of "By Lean 6 Sigma, to Gain Breakthrough Returns. QualiSys invite Dr.Shrinivas Gondhalekar--Lean Expert to explain the basic concept of Lean, and share the successful example of Lean. In the afternoon, 6 Sigma MBB of QualiSys-- Mr. Baoxiong Yang explained the 2 topics of " the Basic Concept of DFSS", and "How to integrate 6 Sigma, Lean and DFSS". Through 2 masters' wonderful speech, we had more deep understanding of 6 Sigma, lean and DFSS. In the meeting room which just can accommodate 60-70 people, representatives on site have reached more than 130, which make the meeting room of QualiSys a little crowd, and partly jollification, but embodiment.
On Nov. 3rd, CAQ held a ceremonious ceremony in Pavilion Hotel to commend the companies with remarkable effect while deploying 6 Sigma of this year, the excellent 6 Sigma Project team and 6 sigma experts with outstanding contribution. QualiSys Group is the only one who is awarded the Title of the National Advanced Deployment Organization of 6 Sigma in 2005, which is only for Consultancy. Meanwhile. among the 57 awarded Projects, 17 projects which are coached by QualiSys Group are awarded national excellent prize. And 2 enterprise are awarded the Title of the National Advanced Deployment Enterprise of 6 Sigma in 2005.
On Nov. 4th, the Convention also held Expert Forum and Entrepreneur Forum. Dr.Shrinivas Gondhalekar, representative of QualiSys, share the experience of "With Lean Tools, Realize Quality Improvement" with on site quality experts and attendees of this Convention, discussed the topic interested by attendees, and answer the questions proposed by attendees on the spot.
