John Pai

John Pai is the founder of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Mr. Pai has worked in the quality area over 20 years. Mr. Pai has worked with over 300 companies in various industries and backgrounds since 1991. Some of the companies are Fortune 500 and well-known Chinese enterprises including Motorola, Dell, Philips, Toyota, BaoSteel, Midea, Haier and many others. He is a member of the Six Sigma Steering Committee of the China Association for Quality (CAQ). He was graduate from the University of Singapore. In addition, he has attained professional qualifications as Master Black Belt, ASQ certified Quality Manager and IRCA Lead Auditor.

Ernie Lam

Mr. Ernie Lam is the partner of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Mr. Lam has worked in the quality field over 15 years. He is expertise in the Supplier Management. In last few years, Mr. Lam has served many well-known clients including Motorola, Dell, Philips, Nike, Seagate, etc. He got Bachelor degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Singapore and a Master of Science from the University of London. Mr. Lam is a certified ASQ Certified Black Belt (CSSBB) and a Certified Quality Manager (CQM).

Annie Jin

Ms. Annie Jin is one of the partners of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Ms. Jin's expertise in Human Resource and Balanced Scorecard BSC training. Ms Jin has provided training to well-known companies including China Telecommunications, Kingde software, etc. She is the consultant in-charge of deploying Six Sigma systems at Midea. Ms Jin attained MBA from the University of Singapore in 1997. In addition, she was awarded the prestigious “Excellent Consultant” award by the Shenzhen Investment Enterprise in 2001.

Baoxiong Yang

Mr. Yang Bao Xiong is the Principal Consultant of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Mr. Yang was a former Senior Consultant and Master Black Belt at IBM Consulting in Singapore and Shanghai. Prior to being a consultant, Mr. Yang worked as a Master Black Belt in Seagate Technologies. Mr. Yang is a well-known expert in the Six Sigma field in China. He serves as an expert in the Six Sigma Steering Committee of the China Association for Quality (CAQ). Mr. Yang has appeared in many conferences throughout China. He has trained over 1000 Belts and appeared as a prominent speaker in CAQ and quality field conferences over the past few years. He is the Principal Consultant for BaoSteel, Siemens, Midea and Haier just to name a few.

Tan Chek Min

Mr. Tan Chek Ming is the senior consultant of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Mr. Tan spent over 20 years working at the various Business Units of Siemens including holding the post as the CEO of VDO Automotive, China. Apart from his multi-national work experience, Mr. Tan held the post of Vice-President for 7 years for Shenzhen Mindray, a Bio-medical electronics company privately owned in China. With his excellent manufacturing background in Siemens and coupled with his hands-on experience in bringing Western management practices to local enterprise, Mr. Tan is in an excellent position to provide practical strategic solutions to companies facing different business changes. Mr. Tan is the chair person in-charge of CEO forum with QualiSys clients.

Carson Hung

Mr. Carson Hung is the Senior Consultant of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. For the past 7 years, Mr. Hung has provided DFSS, Lean Six Sigma and Management Systems consulting services to companies such as Dell, Motorola, Philips, 3M, Getronics, Black & Decker, Bao Steel and in the various industries namely Catering, Construction and Building Service, Electronics Printing, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Trading Industries and Steel Production. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (1994) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2000). He is also a Member of American Society for Quality (ASQ) since 1998. In addition, Mr. Carson Hung is a certified Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Black Belt (CSSBB) Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Manager (CQM).

Stefan Schurr

Mr. Stefan Schurr is the Associate Consultant of QualiSys Consultancy Services Co. Ltd. Stefan's career has evolved around Design and Development Process Improvement and Optimization through application of product development best practices and methodologies. For more than 8 years he helped companies shorten their development processes, reduce costs and create more competitive products through the introduction of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Value Engineering (VE) and related methodologies. Some training courses which Stefan developed include; Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design for Six Sigma （DFSS）, including：TRIZ,Pugh Concept Selection,Value Analysis,Target Costing,AHP,Risk Management and Lean Manufacturing. Stefan architected and co-developed the company's QFD and DFSS software tools. He has served many well-known clients across Europe and USA including Philips, Siemens, Alcatel and TRW . He is the Principal Consultant for implementing DFSS at Bao Steel, China.
